Vodafone India — Recharge unsuccessful,money not yet refunded | |||||
I tried to recharge my mobile for a top up of Rs.110 on 6th October 2015 using Vodafone.in, amount got debited from my hdfc bank account but no recharge amount added. Though another recharge of same amount Rs.110 was successful on the same day when tried again, the amount Rs.110 of the first unsuccessful amount is not yet refunded even after lodging a complaint.
