[Resolved] Vodafone India — Regarding ineffiient staff | |||
I Visted the Vodafone store 2 weeks back regarding an airtel number that i have and i want to port out and change my provider to vodafone. The staff at the CHENNAI store in Nungambakkam is very ineffiecient, incompetant and has a very carefree attitude towards the customers. Two particular staff members, namely Syed and Stalin. I have been visiting the store every alternate day and have been getting reasons one after the other saying it takes 7 days to activate the new sim. I completely understand that it might take 7 working days also but to keep someone misinformed and waiting for that long is unacceptable. To top it, they dont even respond to your request in a timely manner and keep pushing it everytime i visit the store. This has been the most unpleasant experience and probable the worst decision to shift out of airtel to this type of a service provider. I am definately going to warn everybody about the lack of professionalism in an organisation such as yours. Was this information helpful? | |||
