Vodafone India — Regarding Sim blocking | |||||
I have port from Airtel to Vodafone.After one weak of my Vodafone activation, my sim is working out.On call of customer care, i was getting surprised that where i live(12/22 Noida) it get comes in negative zone.How is it possible that 12/22 is come in negative zone .I gave i-card of my company too and said plese see the records of that sim i am using postpaid last 6 years but no response and they said that you are not able to pay the bill thata by we block your sim.On Call center they said go any vodafone store in india and show him documents and unlock your sim but when i went out to store in west up they said we are not able to do anything from you .you have to go ncr's store because your sim related to NCR. what can i do?How to resolve this problem because this is my personal number and it spreads every where.
