[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unauthorized VAS bill

Sir,

( a ) Our no [protected], Name on 225 company ASC type c, Officer Comanding, Napier Road Hasting, in our bill 21/5/2016 to 20/6/2016 added unauthorized VAS 1000/. we did not active Value Added Service from our mobile no because my mobile is NOKIA 1280 from last 7 months but show VAS in this bill. we are in very critical problem. I will want cancelled this VAS bill and send me a new bill without VAS and S tax charges

( b ) Bill have not put up on before due date . we would not paid on before due date . Vodafone add late fee in this bill and[protected] to[protected] bill . we want cancelled late fee bill.

M your Vodafone postpaid nmbr[protected] user after 4 months but after three months my Vodafone nmbr very poor bcoz your networks are so bad this network problem i am so frustrated and angry bcoz i am also complaints your Vodafone customer service care three or two times but no response plz my humbly requests you plz solve my problem thank you

Dear sir I have a computer shop at Lal Bazaar, p.o- Asharu Basti, p.s - Chopra, Dist - Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal . There is Vodafone 3G available but it's does not working plz solve the problem
