Vodafone India — Utter Nonsense Billing Issues consecutive 2 times out of my 3 bills. | |||
Ms Jacqueline, This is my only 3rd bill of vodafone and out of these 3 bills, iam facing billing issue consecutive for the 2nd time.Find my plan details below. Rental :299 800 min local free 100 min STD free 300 sms free Internet 2gb 2G service free for 3 months (which is over) I received a bill stating Rs 785.74 and kindly find the break even below. One time charges 0 Monthly charges 449 Usage charges 261 Messaging charges 0 Conference call charges 2.5 Roaming charges 125 Discount/other charges -138.2 Miscredit charges 0 Sub total 699.3 Tax 86.44 Total 785.74 What is this usage charge about ???? this is wrongly charged..and how come my monthly rental is 449????????? i took a plan of Rs 299 rental monthly from your executive named Nafeez, then how can Rs 449 can be charged??? i have checked Rs 50 has been charged for itemized bill... i have already tried to deactivate the same using online portal vodafone.in but it didnt happened stating some internal issues with the portal ..FIND SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED ABOUT THE SAME. Also roaming charges has wrongly charged.. it was not me on roaming. it was the person whom i called .. he was on roaming then how come iam been charged Rs 125 for the same??????? Also usage charges Rs 168 stated under downloads has been charged wrongly... you can check that i have kept my internet off and also i have deactivated the same by sending an sms CAN 2G199UL to 111, i also received an acknowledgement sms stating it will be deactivated in next 2 hrs. I HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED ANY PAID APP OR ANYTHING WHICH INCLUDED MONETARY APP OR SERVICES. Let me know what details you want from my end to prove it. I can present the screenshot of my Account Order Details of Google Play or my debit card transaction details associated with the same. This is sad billing issues from your end ... i have used airtel for almost 15 years .. and never faced any issues on that front /... I want my bill issue to be soughed out as soon as possible befor the 15th Feb ie my Due date. AND MAKE SURE TO CALL ME ON MY NUMBER ONLY ….and not on any alternate number..
