[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Very Unresponsive Customer Support Team

Hi I have recently ported to vodafone. I have contacted Vodafone customer support team regarding unwanted balance deduction of Rs.75 and vodafone customer person claims that i have used to download DWAP animation for which I have been charged. I am pretty sure though my mobile net was on i didnt use any of those application. So i called them again and this time it was pretty rude from that lady and she disconnected my call with little harsh speech. Again I called up to customer support team and said them to connect me to the supervisor which they hesitated and made me to wait for almost ten minutes stating that she was in a meeting. Then I got a connected to Ms. Saranya (Floor Supervisor) and made a complaint regarding unresponsive behaviour of the person. She hesitated and said we could take internal action and we wont give a complaint number. I forced the person to give a complaint number and she gave me after 5 minutes (Complaint No.[protected]. I am not sure what action are being taken on that unethical person. I even tried contacting vodafone customer support via chat which to was in vein. I want both my issues sorted out. 1. Reason for balance deduction and what shall be done in future to avoid these. I am very sure I have not made any downloads 2. Strict action has to be taken against the person for disconnecting the call with harsh answers.
