[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone full game | |
I am using my no.[protected] since 10 years for now.This year May, a lady named Soniya called up and ask me to port my no.[before that it was in airtel for past 7years]the proposal was good so I proceeded, few months everything was fine, but later, the foul game started, auto downloading, auto services activation, that too in huge amount. Now from three months i am suffering, my no.outgoing gets block every second day, I have to call customer care and repeatedly explain the situation again and agin as everytime there is a new guy on call.No one in your company is acceptting mistake, which is on your part. I mean to say that is this the way your treat your customers, false billing, all fake fraud, giving you bussiness is like developing a cancer, pathetic, you people simply dont care, I will never recomend anyone vodafone, rather word of mouth will be negetive for you guys, evn on social media too.
