Vodafone India — vodaphone prepaid mob # [protected] recharge amount not credited

Vodaphone mobile [protected] was online recharged on 05 dec 17 with rs.40/- utilising federal bank internet banking. During recharge process a message was displayed after a long pause that there was technical problem in topping the recharge amount to my mobile account. But the recharge amount has been debited to my bank account. Till now the amount is neither credited back to my bank account nor my mobile account is topped up. Request to resolve the issue asap.

I recharged for 49 rs twice for my prepaid Vodafone no. Both the time the amount got deducted as access fee and didn't reflect in balance info. Can't make calls .
