Vodafone India — Wrong Plan activated and fraud. | |||
I had requested to port of my number from Airtel to Vodafone. I called up [protected]. Vodafone executive gave me number [protected] and asked to share all documents for activating 99 rental plan. The number got activated yesterday with 499 plan. Now the person is not responding. Also there is no reply from Customer Care and Vodafone store. There are many compliment that person having [protected] has done fraud by selling wrong Plan still no action is being taken by Vodafone. This is not expected from company like Vodafone.
