Vodafone India — Wrong Plan Activated Forcefully | |||
I ported my mobile no from Airtel to Vodafone. Mobile No. +[protected]. (Postpaid) I opted for Rs 699 plan with 200 discount, 1500 minutes STD + Local, 1 GB Data and SMS. I confirmed the same with field executive who gave me SIM card before giving him deposit and signing documents/form. After activation of SIM Card on 11th July I came to know that wrong plan was activated from customer care agent during welcome call. I complained at same time (Complaint No [protected]). I thought everything will resolved. BUT thanks your pathetic services it was NOT done actually. My 3G services were blocked. I discussed with senior executive (Ref NO:[protected], 25th July). She conveyed that my problem will be resolved within next 24 to 48 hours and you will receive confirmation call. As per her information she escalated the same complaint. It is +60 hours and NO call but Vodafone restricted my services. I called to customer care, executive said your problem can't be solved as you for the activated plan and if you want to change then write an email. I did the same but pathetic response. I confirmed with field executive for the details in the form he said everything was correct and correct plan was mentioned in the form. I recommend everyone DONT go for Vodafone.
