I had been facing problems with the billing of my mobile number [protected] for the last couple of month as well the connectivity of it. In spite of my several complaints, the connectivity issue could not be resolved & and hence ultimately I had to port my number to Airtel. In the billing issue I had to call every month whenever I received my bill for overcharging & it would be waived off in the next bill I was using Blackberry Prosumer ULD399 as my Blackberry handset does not allow any other plan for which I was paying a monthly plan of Rs.399/- which is much higher that your 3G plan. But still in addition of the plan charge of Rs.399/- I used to be charged for internet usage in my monthly bills for which I disputed & I used to get a waiver in the next bill. The last bill no 31389419 dated 06/12/15 which I received is again an inflated bill with internet charges. I went to your Kalkaji store to complain about it and make a full & final payment of the bill after reducing the amount but they just noted the complaint and could not do anything about the bill so I could not pay it. I would request you to provide me with the amended bill waiving off the internet charges of Rs.838.80 for this current bill as well the previous bill for Rs.239.64.
