Vodafone — Mobile Number Portability | |||
I have applied for mobile number portability from Tata Docomo to Vodafone. Yesterday(28/08/2015) I got a message that my number ([protected]) has been activated in vodafone. I checked and found that my Tata Docomo sim is deactivated but vodafone sim is not working. I called the customer care and informed them and they replied that my details are updating in system will be activated soon. but till now my vodafone sim is not activated (Now time is 7.20 pm on 29/08/2015). I don't know what kind of service is providing by Vodafone. I mistakenly ported my number to Vodafone. This is the worst service I got got from a mobile service provider. it almost 24 hours that my phone is not working and I dont know who and all called me. my alternative number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
