I have port my number to vodafone from airtel [protected].vodafone representative tell me about one plan named mgm porting that's give one year free calling from one to another but that representative made clarical mistake.that he has done that mgm service to his mobile number instead of mine.i have already made complain in vodafone customer complain[protected]so kindly reverse the same.if anyone want any information about it call me [protected] akash khattri Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ported my number [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone. The sim delivered by Vodafone executive was wrong. Now I am calling them [protected] but after knowing the matter they are not picking my calls. Since morning my phone is not working.
Highly disappointed to port my number to Vodafone
Customer care are not able to help me even. They suggest me to visit any Vodafone store . I am in remote location for my office work and free at 9:00 pm. They even not authorise some other person on my behalf.
Highly frustrated and disappointed from your service.
