Vodafone — Porting of sim | |||
Dear Sir, . I am a vodaphone customer and have been using three connections in my home. On 10th of nov have given one of the nos in my wifes name Mrs Gunjan Kothari [protected] For porting and till date porting has not been done because of many reasons given by small and big store of vodaphone in nagpur. They have issued me three sims till date and no one is active Have tried to speak to your customer care also every time i speak to them they tell me to contact to nearest store. Today i have been communicated that till date your document have not been processed . As per process if i have been issued three sims that means have submitted all required documents and today after 15 days have been told that still my douments have not been submitted. Have called at your nagpur office also to speak to concern person who is incharge of vodaphone stores in nagpur [protected] the gentlemet told me that sahab responsible for both stores is here is sitting here is saying that by today evening he even not bouthered to respond. By this entire episode as a customer i have been hurt and was not expected by a company like vodaphone.its 14 yrs have been using services of telecom companies like idea and airtel but never faced a single problem.
