Dear vodafone agents, Please i need to change the presonal information of my prepaid number into my name as its under initial data. Can you please help as i can't currently visit vodafone center please provide an easy step to give my real name and identificatin card I want it to be under my name but i need easy choices for that. I paid my bill they give me sim and recharge 130date 25/11/2017 today date8/12/2017what i do tell me how i resolve my problem tell me i go to consumer courts
The problem is from first date i activated my sim card my mobile no. is [protected]. very poor network 4g is very far even 2g network is not coming properly 3g is also not coming. solve this untill i have to port out from vodafone to bsnl. or tata docomo..
