[Resolved] Vodafone — Unlimited data pack expires on the day of recharge
On May 29, 2016 i recharge my vodafone kolkata no ([protected]) with Rs 651/- using freecharge app which gives 3 GB 3G data for 28 days. After that a recharge Rs 42/- which gives 150 MB 3G data for 7 days using freecharge token just to check if it works. Now what i see after 150 MB my previous data plan which is of 651/- does not work. I call customer care. They say 651/- is unlimited and 42/- is limited pack that is why it got expired. i did not understand why an unlimited pack could expire before 28 days. I asked the executive Mr. Abhijit Sharma to let me talk to his supervisor. But he refused to do so saying he is busy at another call. I also asked Abhijeet his supervisor's name but refused for the first time. But after asking again and again he told his name, Mr Arinav Sinha. i told Abhijit i would wait until his supervisor gets free but he hanged up. This is really annoying. My Rs 651/- has gone and i am helpless. customer care does work. Kindly take action against them. help me get my money back Was this information helpful?
