I registered a complaint on 9th April, 2023 that my Voltas AC cooling system was not functioning. The technician visited our home and told that outdoor unit compressor was failed and needed to be replaced. Its about 10days passed and the issue was not resolved. In these 10 days, I would have called the voltas customer care at least 100 times. Its nothing short of mental torture. Never expected this sort of worst treatment and issue resolution...

I had bought voltas window AC in August 2020after only 3 months it's gas leaked it's coils had rusted at several points after that I bought AMC for one year and then continued it next year because of the same recurring problem.
On 5th March 2023 i had it serviced .On 14th April i switched it on as weather has turned hot but found it was not cooling..meaning it's gas had leaked even when it has been off for the last 5 months.

I am writing this to raise concern regarding experience I recently had with voltas customer support. I raised a complaint that my AC is not cooling properly after the technician has done complimentary AC service ( product is already under warranty).

Technician visited my place yesterday but he didn't checked outdoor unit properly as he did not have a device to check pressure/ if there was a gas leakage....

I bought a Voltas AC in june 2022, after that I used it for 4 months till october and it is such a problem on my head. every week I use to face some or the other problem with the AC. Now when I have started using since 2 days as summers are here and I have called for service once already. Service guys do not tell about anything that what is the issue and then they move some wires every time and it works for that day and again starts malfunctioning...

Registered a complaint...get call from voltas...as per the talk.. they had to send the technician today...

There is water leakage in my SPlit AC. I raised a compaint with customer care. They said they will sent the technician in 48 hour. Today is 6th day. Technician has not arrived yet. I called customer care multiple times. Every time I call them they say that they will send the person today. I am frustrated with this. If I don't get a technician sooneer, I will raise complaint with consumer forum.
