Its been a 40+ days team haven’t fixed the issues yet. Sandesh from Mangolpuri bransh Phase 1 is not giving appropriate answers to the customer and his way to tackling the issues is worst ever. Almost 40+ days has passed and still I have been waiting for my air condition to be serviced from Voltas service centre, the concerned person Mr. Rudradev Chattopadhyay and Mr. Subhash are extremely unresponsive and irresponsible towards my issue.In these 40 days I have called them numerous times and also send them back to back mails but all in vain. I have received dates after dates from them but no solution at all which is extremely frustrating....

I logged a complaint on 12th Apr'23 regarding Voltas AC is not cooling properly. After multiple calls, . technician visited my home and filled gas without checking leakage.

Pure cheaters. Took spares of our air conditioner 12 days back. No call, no update. The technicians didn't knew a single thing. I had to call and ask them about the problem. Now after 12 days they are asking "what was the problem sir" and saying to pay 12000/- .for a new spare.
