Voltas — Recently puchased Voltas AC - Worst Experience | |

I have taken a Window AC(Model No:Voltas AC123Lye) from Vijay Sales Mira Road Order No:164MR0415S0763 on date[protected]. First Complain registered(Complain No:[protected]) to the Voltas within the few days of purchase.Service guys came took 3 days to resolve the issue and figure out that the problem was with PCB.After few days again the problem re-initiated, then i directly connect with vijay sales from where i took the AC and ask for the replacement on the date 20th May and still awaiting for the response.
Although another complaint registered(Complaint No: [protected]) to the voltas on the date 7th June and today i got message that the issue resolved but there is no resolution take place on the ground.
Voltas are actually selling defective product and does not have any moral responsibility towards their customer. Worst experience so far i have faced.

Installation charges asking very high
Extra installation charges asking although it is free but asking for more 1500 rs...please do the need full..73%

Thanks for responding me back. Worst Experience so far while interacting with Voltas service guys and Vijay Sales Executives.No one seems accountable for the answers, I am waiting for the last 1 months and irritated with the type of services.
You can understand how much pain i have faced so far without AC from last 45 days in summer.
I have couple of question for you:
1) What is the use of AC now if summer has already gone ?
2) What is the use of replacement now if your AC is not working from the day of purchase ?
3) Who is accountable to give the answer if customer have any query?
4) Customer care does not have any answer about the complaints, What is the use of putting customer care ? No call back from the seniors even asking him respond ?
5) Do you have any process to decide that how much time a particular things will take ? Or you want customer will keep on following you asking question that boss what happen to my complain.
6) Do you have in your system that decide the priority.
Sorry Boss, Don't Cheat us by selling defective product.
I don't have any trust on you. Neither in service nor on product.
Please refund my Money !!! I don't want frustration any more.
