My material was booked on 26.05.2023 from chennai and today 04.06.2023 still it is not been deliver

now days vrl service has gone very very worst in terms of delivery part as we think vrl is safest logistic in india

but vrl has reached its high so they dont have customer service inportance now

i have my own 4 firms from which we deal with vrl in good values...

DEAR SIR,

I am chethan kumar from MALUR, i have purchased a agricultural material (mushroom spawn )from my regular supplier company based on KALABURGI on 27th may 2023, my supplier booked the material in VRL Transport on same day from KALABURGI to MALUR. Which is very late delivery and On receiving the parcel there where multiple damages and material were coming out which is Loss of material. Which is caused of improper handling...

Be noted that material has been sent from Parakh agri solutions, at VRL ozar branch Nashik to Kunnamkulam, KL on 15/5/23

There were 2 items, one box and one drum
Out of which 20litr drum is missing. Both the branches are not responding despite of several attempts....

On tracking shipment status is incorrectly showing as Material Reached Destination, when it has not been recieved. Contact Employess are not receiving the calls, not able to know exact status of shipment.

I am venkatesh kumar from COIMBATORE, i have purchased a material from my regular supplier company based on MUMBAI on 16th may 2023, my supplier booked the material in VRL Transport on 16th may 2023 from Kalamboli(MUMBAI) to Kattoor (COIMBATORE) however my material hasn't been delivered yet also no response from the VRL Transport customer support after so many calls and mail.

This is inform you that on 24th April, 23 from Nagapattinam, 4 packages was sent to coochbehar West Bengal VRL branch but I have received 3 packages and one is missing, confirmed by your local executive Mr Yogeshwar, several calls was done to him but only he is replied, no update he has and will update soon.

from last week he commit false commitments and maximum time call not responding !

due to such type of false commitments we are unable to do further business with VRL Team !

VRL Docket # [protected]. i have bokked my two Wheelar Mangalore to Bangalore Hoodi. Friday and SAT i was calling Hoodi VRL, No one is responding on Query. today i visted and i found my Two Wheelar front Side is Damaged. its Totally packed condition and stilll its damaged. lokks like little careless and Hoodi VRL responce is not upto the mark....

We had sent a scooty from Koppal to Bangalore through VRL transport and we are seeing damage on bike. The side mirror is broken and there are scratches on scooty. We are very much disappointed by the service you have provided and want to have some resolution.

Our Party Booked the material from Patna (Bihar) to Mumbai, Sakinaka. GR no is [protected] on April 14, 2023. It is 20th May 2023 today and we have not received the material. This is not the first time we are facing this problem. NO proper update available on your tracker also. This is the worst of the services we are getting from your company. We have made more than 100 call to related branch of VRL logistics...

Consignment are not being delivered on time
Some goods are lost while in transit.
No refund received for the lost consignment.

Materials are being held at the loading office more than 5 days

No proper response from the vrl team in rectifying the problems...

We have booked consignment no: [protected] on[protected] from Bhiwadi to Ahmedabad but our consignment dispatch to some another place form Delhi TPT. We have made more 400 call to related branch of VRL logistics but non of your employee communicating with us properly and we not getting any update form mail also, please check our consignment and solve our issue ASP.

This consignment was booked on 13th May but is still now the consignment was in Bengaluru. I accepted that it took around 780km and 17 hours to reach the destination by train, but on roadways, at least you can able to deliver in two to three days, which is acceptable.
