Bus no ka25/aa5178 ahmedabad to bangalore was stopped about 1.30hra after mumbai before khapoli ghat informing that there is problem in bus and another bus is coming. But after waiting for 1.30hrs bus was started saying that other bus is getting late.

So don't understand why was stopped without giving proper answer by driver.
If there is problem in bus why it was started then what is the safety. I couldn't understand...

A document with consignment no. Mentioned above was sent by mr s g hiremath from vijayapura on[protected]. The status of the consignment shows that it has been delivered to a person other than me being the consignee. I did not even get a call from the delivery executive at the time of it's delivery. The said document has not been delivered to me till date. Hence, is this complaint....

As my parcel r booked from indore on 23/5/18 lr no [protected] still landed in indore itself, as there is a season of business we r getting parcel delivery minimum 10 days, i have already stop parcel booking from mumbai for this issue only. Now i don't have any option form indore mp so booked in vrl logistics, same problem arising again. If i get fast delivery i would book again every parcel from vrl, hope i get ur feedback soon...

The delivery is not yet given to the party saying that the stock is fully not arrived to tumkur from bangalore tpt.
This delay is highly not appreciable.

Hello sir good afternoon. I sent 2 cartoon box cashews to ahamadhabad. Lr number is [protected]. I booked at panruti 4.5.2018. Even now the goods is at bangalore. I must know the reason why my goods is stayed at bangalore? When it's reached to ahamadhabad?. Please contact me at [protected]. The very first time i got the order. So i sent sample to ahamadhabad. Please note that i am traveling to bangalore from basavakalyan. The bus driver is driving bus very rashingly, when i told him to slow down but he is abusing me only. And also misbehaved with me, i was not expected this kind of behavior from the vrl staff. This is first time i have experienced such kind of situation. Pleaseaction on bus driver as soon as possible. We are very upset with the courier service which was done from surat to hyderabd... Vrl surat never mentioned that they wont deliver to home nor they mentioned that they need consignee pink copy...
Mr raju from hyderabad pattargati office charged us rs 560 also to give us the courier...

There so many courier company but none of them harass so much.. Phone of vrl branches are always busy or network...

Sir party has booked material from south to ahmedabad builty no. [protected]. The material has reached at ahmedabad tpt on 28/04/2018 in morning but i have not received the material yet because from ahmedabad tpt the material has not reached at ahmedabad after till 4days. I have call several times but they says we do as soon as possible because of work load. If i don't deliver the material to party in time they will cancel the order please...

We have shipped a product from your sakinaka office for 378, new rasta peth, nr quarter colony, pune -411011. But till today the product is not been delivered to the client nor the client is allowed to come and pickup the same from your branch. Today also with several calls from us as well as the clients there is no response from your pune office, they are still searching the parcel and are unable to locate the same.br...

My goods has been booked on 18/04/2018 from raipur.
Till the date i have not received the product as it was on urgent bases the goods.
As per track record the goods was arrived in aurangabad depart on 22/4/2018 which is 3 hours by road from the destination (Jalgaon) but still till 26/04/2018 the goods are in aurangabad.
It was worse experience calling them they all say its in aurangabad but not sending to the destination....

Sir, i have deposited my consignment at vrl, karol bagh branch on 20/4/2018, i was assured that i will get my consignment reach to karnal (Haryana) within 4-5 days, when i enquired about my consignment from delhi-bilaspur transhipment about my consignment they have no clue where my consignments are. This is really very unprofessionalism of your staff sir, i have heard of vlr customer satisfaction policies but now i am in no mood to trust...

Iam bijendra agrawal, travelled in your bus on 21st april 2018, bus no."py05 a1600" seat no "u24." i was travelling from mumbai vashi to hubli, at 6.30 am in the morning, the driver gave a sudden break and i fell down, got my back hurt very badly and still the driver did not bother to stop or help out.
The bus had to pick up at 10pm, at "mgm ground old toll naka road, vashi" which came at 12pm and dropped at 12pm in the afternoon...

Today i booked ticket from bangalore to hyderabad. My stop is marathalli at 7pm. After my pickup it should go to tin factory and to the highway to hyderabad, but what happened is it went inside the city and we are roaming in the city with no cause for 2 hours. There is no prior intimation for this long journey inside the city.

Worst travels that have never seen....

Yesterday i went to parcel 2boxes, bt they were not responding us, even there is a que of many members,, the guy who sat in counter was busy in phone with his personal issues,, he was talking very badly with us, tht i won't book ur parcel like this,,, is this the way u take care o[censored]r customers,???, their response with customers is too worst,, it happened in ur haveri branch,, please kindly do the needful...

I had sent 5 rubber cow mats, each with a thickness of 0.669 inches through vrl from bangalore to anantpur, they told me that there are chances for it to get damaged, and since i've sent this material through other logistics services several times but not experienced such third class service like yours where they have literally cut my each mat into three pieces and they're telling me that it got damaged.
I will highly discourage people...

In October last year we Vishal Brothers Enterprises booked a Parcel from tikri delhi to hosur parcel containing clothes. When it reached at hosur it was fully damaged and wet with harmful smelly chemicals. Our client refused to take the delivery as it will very harmful to wear those clothes. Even hosur branch knows it. When connected VRL Mr. Jitendra from Tikri border told us we will get the claim of parcel he tolf to contact Mr. Manikant...

Our Supplier M/s KND Steel syndicate booked a consignment on 23/03/2018 from Delhi Naraina to reach chennai. We are M/s Amman Engineering Services placed in Chennai. We enquired chennai office, they informed that consignment is still in delhi. They gave customer care no. & we called up that no. They told that consignment is missing. They in turn give another no. in delhi. But no response from VRL Personnel. L.R No: [protected]...

Very irresponsible answers from team when asked about package loss.

I've sent out a consignment consisting two bags from manipal to visakhapatnam.
This was on the 12th of march, 2018. I was told that the delivery will happen in the next 4-5 days.

It has been more than two weeks and after continuous phone calls to the local vrl office they say that only one of the bags has reached the local office. From the past two days they say that the bag will be delivered...
