Details: in nutshell. Bus No. MH09EM6752. Tr.No.20909602, fair Rs.6000 paid. On 18/03/22 undertaken journey from Solapur to Wardha, 550 k.m. with 4 Family members, one was 78 yrs old. I had to undertake connected journey to Chandrapur City. From Solapur to Chandrapur no direct connectivity is there by any Mode of Transport. It was midsummer, journey was in Vidharbha Area. Temperature was above 43cc. AC of Bus was down...

Customer care number is very worst..
They just don't respond to my refund amount of my canceled tickets on 1st May.
kindly help.Planning to approach consumer court...

I booked AC sleeper. I don't know why their AC is not able to reduce the temparature. It's too hot and AC is not working in the travel. They are saying ki ab kuch nhi kr skte. Charging sockets are not working. No individual lights in the travel. Forget all other things but i have to travel with no ac in 42 ° temperature. Worst experience....

My self Aruna Pyla Proprietor of Anjana Traders Narsipatnam PIN-531116. We have been using VRL Logistics for our shipments from all over India. Recently we had a shipment which costs around 1000+ rupees. VRL TUNI, PIN-533401 has transported the shipment without our confirmation regarding the excess cost which should be paid for the shipment. After shipment they were expecting 1250 rupees additional money just for the transport from VRL TUNI...

Dear Concern,
This is K. Karthikeyan. Shifted house goods from Delhi to Pune on 27.03.2022. Received some goods on 04.04.2022 that too in damaged condition. Till date didn't receive rest of the goods and VRL concerned person were not giving any response and for last one week they are not picking up the calls either.
On 04.04.2022 while delivering goods to my location in Pune, VRL persons told that you have to pay all total...

Our supplier booked parcel from Delhi to Sathyamangalam, Erode district as door to door delivery basis.
With too many follow up I understand parcel reached Erode office and I have to go and collect along with company stamp
When I asked VRL delivery they said Sathyamangalam office already closed and no delivery at this time
If it is the case why they received the parcel in Delhi because we are 60km away from Erode and...

Hi, I am Vijay, I want to lodge complaint on the people who work at bus KA25C7667, on the date of 16th April from Bangalore to Mugalkhod, are very rude,

1. first of all the bus was delayed so much it was scheduled at 8:30 and they came to yeshwanthpura at 9:12

2. I booked the bus at Subramanya police station stop, they skipped the stop and made me board at yeshwanthpura

As I get into the pickup bus at 8:15pm evening and reached main location 9:45pm and I asked staff time for dinner and they are rudely replies that you have 10mn and we won't stop in middle,
And I also to i am traveling with family my father and mother old people there still they behave very arrogantly that that's not our problem.
I never expected this kind of traveling experience....

Not taking stop for women's washroom, while asked drivers are very rude. Directly said, they will only stop at their time...

Hi VRL team,
Being reliable and trustworthy travels we are crossing VRL sleeper for almost decade, but since redesign of sleeper seats to floor makes it more uncomfortable to back and cervical operated patients where they cannot sit on the floor, not only the patients but also normal passengers!!!
In hope to travel with more travel friendly seats in future....

I came to your booking office at 4:30PM on 29th March to book ticket in AC semi sleeper bus.

FOr cancellation of ticket booked with VRL, customer care service is not humble and behaving rude in the phone call during the discussion.

As per customer service executive tickets cannot be cancelled before 4 hour of departure boarding time.
If this is so stringent action from the the VRL Travels,
1. Why do the take booking before the 4 hour of departure time.

I am travelling from pune to nagpur today. By your bus MH 12 TV2349.
I have enclosed my ticket. My seat no. Is L19. This seat is continuously smelling with bad odour. I tried to wipe out this smell perfume but this is not stopping . At least company need to clean and check every seat. I can't take proper breath and fresh air.

Yesterday I booked seats for volvo ac sleeper coach but at last moment they have sent non ac coach and we have faced lots of problems.
Our journey was from VIJAYAPURA to BANGALORE ON 23 MARCH 2022 at 10 pm and seat numbers are U19 U20 U26.We have paid amount for Volvo ac sleeper coach.

Myself and my family members are regular passengers of VRL travels. Mostly we travel in the months of December and March from Borivali Mumbai to Humnabad and vice versa. We are expiriance that we carrying luggage, when we ask driver/cleaner to put the luggage in bus dickky and we get down at humnabad or Borivali Mumbai, they ask money for it.
