Vz Vicms — Deduction of 22/- with out authorisation | |
An amount of Rs 22/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8. PLease note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website. I spoke to the Customer Care executive, but they were telling that this was a third party application and not the problem of Idea. In spite of informing them that such a complaint was raised by many Vodafone Idea customers they were adamant saying that it is the mistake of the customers and not the company. The executive mentioned that all those customers whose money was debited might have downloaded some application and also to contact the handset customer care number. Was this information helpful? | |

After every 2 to 3 days gap I am receiving messages from viCMS that your balance has been deducted by rupees 3 for participation in a contest and my balance is deducted by rs 3 everytime, but I haven't participated in any such kind of frivolous contest. Till now rs 3 are deducted upto 18-19 times from my balance.please stop such kind of deduction.

Vz Vicms has deducted Rs.49 from my balance. Got a message it's a for game. I didn't download any app or game. Vodfone-Idea is a failing company, so now they are cheating their customers to get money to pay the TRAI. I'm going to move to Airtel or Jio.

Vz Vicms has deducted Rs.10 from my balance. Got a message it's a for game. I didn't download any app or game. I found that the most of Vodafone Idea users raising this complaint but no official response for company. It's looks like security/ privacy compromised by company. TRI need to investigate this and take a proper action.

VZ-VICMS has deducted rs 5 from my balance but I have not active any of this service and they deducting the moneyso kindly requesting you to look forward for such problems many customers are facing it so pls help to solve this problem.

Today I received a message from VZ- ViCMS mentioning a deduction of Rs 15 for choosing to access Bcafe Portal which I haven't. I couldn't even find online what this Bcafe Portal is then how did I even choose to get its access. And yesterday only I recharged and today more than half of my balance got deducted for something I didn't even subscribe for. Cheating at its worst.

Same thing happened to ke as well. 25 Re deducted without me downloading anything. Please refund and look into the matter

What the hell is happening ...i am gonna port my sim because of this ### happening from last few months ...i cant bear this ### anymore ...and i recommend everyone to port there sim... vodafone CUSTOMER care's hospitality is ### ...total ### ... everyone port there sim to better network ...i prefer jio and airtel

I infact do not use this number/phone and found a sms from Vz-ViCMS ... "Thank you for choosing xx services, you have been charged rs 20 ..." This has happened twice in this week and on calling customer care i got the refund of last service charge and not one prior to it for which i did not bother verfying if the sms was actually from vodafone... i thought it was spam earlier.
Pretty disheartening to see Vodafone's unethical ways... This mostly happens i guess in low balance accounts which most o[censored]s keep as secondary sims to retain old numbers... Very unethical practices and shows their class.
