[Resolved]  Tek Care India Pvt. Ltd, Videocon — Worst product / Worst service

I bought Videocon washing machine, 3 years a go, in this 3 years I have to complaint 6 times, for the malfunction of washing machine, this shows how bad products is from Videocon and the service is even worst, once you register complaint, customer care guys says engineers will attend your complaint within 48 hours and they will call you, before coming but in 6 times they only had called me once, and because of that i have never met them personally, so i can know what is wrong with machine, every time my mother or my wife is there, they say anything about the problem. and many times they come and nobody is at home(because they came without informing us), my complaint is canceled and again new complaint is registered and when i spoke to supervisor that why don't you call before coming, he says our engineer called you but you didn't pick up the phone. what a big lie and he talked with me very rudely. I am fed up with Videocon product(washing machine) and its service, in future i am not going buy any Videocon product and recommend all of you to think before buying Videocon product.
