[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Reviva Water Purifier — no service | |||
Dear Sir, I am from chennai and had been a eureka forbes customer for many years. Three years back I had replaced the old eureka water purifier with "Reviva" water purifier. I had also enrolled in their AMC. Last month the product failed to work (still under AMC) and I registered a complaint with their call center. The person attending the complaint assured me the service person will set right the problem within 24 hours,but now it is more than 24 days and no one had responded. Can someone help. Eureka Forbes - Reviva Water Purifier — Poor Services
Following up for the service of within AMC water purifier, nobodies listening. First thing they ask on complaining - is it in AMC, i[censored] say NO , they reach u within 30 mins with new amc, solves ur problem. But i[censored] r already in AMC no body bothers b'cos now they don't get more billing done. Regret buying Eureka forbes. Mom has a Kent-o water Purifier and NO problems in Service at All. PLEASE|DON"T BUY EUREKA FORBES NO BODY LISTENS !!The Service Engineer Sunuil Bhardwaj refused to give any seniors mobile no and said u please go ahead and complain I am on leave as it is sunday so can't help you. STRANGE Level of services ???????
