Wazirx — Money deducted (Rs.50885) from bank account but not credited on WazirX for over a month | |||
I tried to transfer Rs.50000 to my wazirx account on 3rd June’21 through MobiKwik payment gateway provided on wazirx platform. The amount was deducted from my bank account and is also showing successful on MobiKwik but it’s not added to my Wazirx account. On repeatedly calling their customer care, they asked me to call my bank and ask for a charge back, which I did. My bank informed me that the amount has been successfully transferred to the merchant and tge same has been confirmed by the merchant bank and hence it can’t be charged back. On contacting the wazirx customer care again and informing them about the bank’s response they are again asking me to wait and saying it would be refunded soon! I’m tired of this as it’s been over a month now with no resolution. Please help me out in getting my refund. -Sanjit Was this information helpful? | |||

This platform is a whole sucm. I lost so much to them, and I was able to get restored of my lost with the instruction of Lƒ Ręsçü ørg, i never though i could get it back as all hope was gone but am glade i got my refund. be guided pls.
