[Resolved]  West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Abnormal increase in electric bill

I ankit agarwal holding a connection in the name of chandra wati devi with consumer number[protected] ...Is here to complain about the the electric bill you send me for july-sep 2014.You hadd charged me for around 4000 units and send me the bill of 35000.My approx per day consumpition is around 4unit/day and previously i am paying you for or more than the consumpition.I had also submitted an appliction to change my electric meter onj dec 2013 but all in vain.And now when i spoke to your kalimpong (Dist-darjeeling) ae he was not able to give me appopiate answer and asked me to pay the full amt.
Please look to my problem asap.
