Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that from yesterday(6.30 p.m)to till now no electric connection is here.Only not for today almost every cloudy weather no electric supply not present long time.Also inform you that toll free no([protected]) & kolaghat customer care no both phone receiver are down from 5p.m to 10.30a.m in every working days.I think this no are emergency no for 24 hours please resolved.Also requesting we need permanent solution for cloudy weather loads ding .
