I am suffering for the past 2 months the electricity department is delaying my refund amount I have requested innumerable times for it and they keep on telling you need to wait if I delay to make a payment of the bill they charge me interest late payment charge or disconnect our connection now when it is there time to pay me back my due amount they are delaying, will I receive an interest the number of months they have kept my money. Need your immediate action on it.
