Hello I am Mrs Kshama Choudhury and my Consumer ID is[protected]. I am staying with my husband in Barrackpore and there is no power connection in my house since evening of 18/07/2015, even though my entire neighborhood has it . I have repeatedly called the zonal customer care number[protected] but no one responds to the call. The customers care numbers are given to address issues, but excitingly these people doesn't even bother to pick up a call. It's a shame that we the customers have to suffer often due to this negligence of WBSEDCL. So I would request the people concerned to kindly look into this matter and send repair men as soon as possible to address this issue.
