HI Team,
While trying to pay the bill for Aug-Oct 2015 for the Con Id[protected], I got "Payment Unsuccessful" for the transaction id-DIOB[protected],
thus, I tried to re-paid it and it was successful.
But, now on Bill paid history, both the payments are showing and I did not get any confirmation for the first bill amount.
Please refund the amount to my account . How can you deduct the money if it says Unsuccessful.

My Consumer ID is[protected], on 11/07/2021 when I paid my electricity bill for July month, I paid the amount of Rs.918.00 twice. So I request you please adjust the extra amount with my upcoming next bill. My mobile phone number is [protected], my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
