West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Bill Payment Twice

HI Team, While trying to pay the bill for Aug-Oct 2015 for the Con Id[protected], I got "Payment Unsuccessful" for the transaction id-DIOB[protected], thus, I tried to re-paid it and it was successful. But, now on Bill paid history, both the payments are showing and I did not get any confirmation for the first bill amount. Please refund the amount to my account . How can you deduct the money if it says Unsuccessful. My [protected]@gmail.com
