[Resolved]  West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Amount debited from bank but not received in WBSEDCL

My consumer id is[protected]. On 05/11/2014 I paid my electric pill by e-payment. But my bill still show this WBSEDCL website. My bill details is- (1) Transaction ID: S47244752, Description: VbyV/PRCR/[protected]/[protected]:49:14/EFT, Rs. 2820.16 & (2) Transaction ID: S47245096, Description: VbyV/PRCR/[protected]/[protected]:00:38/EFT, Rs. 2820.16 Date: 05.11.2014. Both time amounts debited from my Account but my bill still show as UNPAID BILL. Account Details: Payment Gateway: UCO Bank (Card) Branch: Gazole IFSC Code: UCBA0002352 Name: RAJIB KARMAKAR Account No. [protected] So you are requested to refund my amount (Rs. 2820.16 + Rs. 2820.16) Total Rs. 5640.32 in my said account.
