I am surprised and quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs. 1696 against electricity consumption for the last three months (May – July, 2022) at my residence. I have not stayed in the said address for the last two years. Needless to say there has been some anomaly. The same thing happened in 2020 and 2021. But then, I could not approach your office due to the ongoing pandemic and some mishaps in the family as well as extended family. I presumed that there was error which would be subsequently adjusted. But bills amounting to more than Rs.550/- per month continuously is highly exaggerated.
I would be obliged if you could settle this matter in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer. Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount.
