I am Bhaskar Bhattacharya. Here is my consumer id[protected]. I need to pay the bill in between 2/8/2021 and I am trying the same from last three days. But it shows payment faild and biller is having issue! Not a single UPI is working even the QR code is also not working provided on bill.
Is it possible in this pandamic situation to stand over a long queue and pay your bill. If it is server issue how much time it neet to be okay.Why customers have to face such issues over such long time! Will they extend the deadline of e-payment for that issue from their side!
Please look the matter and solve it asap.
