Sub: Complaint on an exorbitant bill without taking meter readings of the bill periods June'21 to Aug'21

Respected Sir,
With due respect I wish to state that bill period for the months of June21 to Aug21 which I received on 05th June21, via registered mobile SMS and mail appears to be unreal and exorbitant.
The amount charged in this bill far higher than of the previous bills, though my consumptions has remained the same.
My Consumption details are as follows:

Previous 23/02/21 539
Present as on Bill received date 05/06/21 624 (appears on meter as on 05/06/21 but Meter reading not taken)
My actual consumption during this bill period is only 85 KWH. But unfortunately WBSEDCL send via registered mobile SMS and mail Rs.5142 within 1st due date on or before 14/06/21 if payment initiated.
I am sorry to say that this is the 2nd time within a short period for which WBSEDCL, Rahara send such type o[censored]nreal and exorbitant bill without taking any meter reading and not taken any action against my online docket.
Hope you would be take necessary action against my complaint during this covid situation when I am suffering financial crisis due to lockdown like situation.
I am waiting for your kind action as an urgent basis.
