Low voltage is a major problem of our area. Particularly in this phase in which our connection has given consistently low voltage. We have paid our bills at right time and the amount of bill around three thousand quarterly instead of that we are not getting proper voltage for this reason our appliances getting affected. Previously I have lodged several complaints but nothing had been done from supply office Chanchal. One reading taker had been came to our house and witnessed the low voltage problem. He will asure us that he would inform the supply office to solve this issue, still the problem persists. Previous docket no 3753812. Please solve this issue. Most of the time specificaly from evening to mid night sometime whole night also voltage is very very much poor i.e below 100 which does not meet any need of life. And secondly but vry common every day loadshading continues more than 4hrs. Vry unfortunate.
