West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Electricity bill got submitted successfully from paytm but it is not showing in WBSEDCL

On 20th July I have made payment of of INR--4246using the barcode present in WBSEDCL bill. Transaction is successful from paytm side and UPI ref id[protected] .But in WBSEDCL website amount is not showing as paid. Tried to contact multiple times in customer care as paytm is asking official document from WBSEDCL that against the UPI ref id they should tell that they have not received the amout.Please help me out.
