This has reference my complain No-3837, dated 11.10.2014 (Given to Assistant Engineer, WBSEDCL, Asansol-02) and online complain no[protected] and 37897186.
I am Subir Sarkar and I am very sorry to inform you that my bills for the months September, October and November 2014 are erroneous. We have shifted to Chandigarh and no one lives in that home since one and a half years. The bills amounted to Rs.86 for the months June, July and August while it climbed up to Rs.2395 in September, and further to Rs.2399 in October and November totaling to 7726. Such consumption of electricity is not possible because not even a single bulb is switched on in those months as nobody lived there .No one is living there even today and we live in Punjab.
After several complains and meetings with officials, I was assured that I would be provided a correct bill by April 2015. Still, in March 2015, my line was disconnected in my absence without even informing me. I request you to please reconnect my line and provide me a correct bill so that I can pay.
