I am a new electric consumer and my consumer id :[protected]. First meter bill sent to my address in the name of sakira sultana though my name is sarika sultana. I have reported the same through complain letter to magrahat electricity office and several times over telephone. More than two months passed but no correction is done in this respect. At the time of new connection application i have enclosed a copy of adhar card, still they wrongly entered as sakira sultana in place of sarika sultana. Kindly look into the matter.
