West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Money deducted from my account, but not reflected on WBSEDCL site. | |
I paid a electric bill of Rs 1121 for Consumer ID[protected] on 9th November 2020 11:44 am. It was paid through Google Pay. The UPI Transaction ID is[protected] The amount got deducted and Google Pay showed the transaction was successful. But when I'm checking the bill history on WBSEDCL page it shows the transaction failed. I still haven't received the refund for the same. Please look into this matter.
