I am writing to you regarding my non generation of payment receipt against my online payment of electricity bill to WBSEDCL on 2nd July 2021.
I had scanned the qr code given on the bill and paid the amount, which showed payment successful. However, I didnt receive any payment receipt from WBSEDCL on my registered email or mobile number. When I went to the official site, the date of payment was correctly displayed, however, the status was still pending.
