I (Kushal Anand) have made payment towards WBSEDCL electricity bill generated in name of my father (Lakshman Prasad), dated 24/12/2020 for period Jan'21 to Mar'21 with amount 4298 paid through QR code, but even successful payment via Google Pay, it is not reflected in the official site. Even in next bill, payment did not reflect. Hence raised a complaint to WBSEDCL on their site dated 2 May 2021 with docket number : 37026056.
