West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Payment made through Google pay not updated

Sir/Ma'am,

This is to inform you that I used Google Pay QR code scanner to scan the QR code printed on my electricity bill and was able to complete the transaction. I am attaching all the details of the transaction with this mail for your reference.

Even though the transaction was completed on June 7, 2021, the WBSEDCL site and the Vidyut Sahyogi app are still showing the bills in the pending category and there's no way to know whether the transaction was acknowledged.
