Name Sumit Jain
Payment for rs 5042 on 26th April at 7:19 pm, for upi reference number[protected]. This payment was made to upi id : billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank
Confirmation received from Paytm that money is successfully transferred to billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank . However the bill is still showing pending .
WBSEDCL local office are not ready to do any investigation. They asked me to contact Paytm. Paytm is ready to raise a dispute howeveras per there company policy they need a confirmation email from WBSEDCL confirming that they have not received the money .
My repeated email to the WBSECL is going unanswered.
