I have made two payments to billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank for electricity bill using the Bharat QR code given at the bottom of the generated hard copy of electricity bill provided to me, details mentioned below:

Amount - 2953

Now the payment is not getting reflected to either of the consumer ID, when i went to seek help at the nearest WBSEDCL(Ashokenagar Branch) no help was provided further I was simply asked to wait.
Amount has not got reversed as i have already waited for 3 days.
I have made the payment on 14th October 2020, its already 6 days and no trace of my money.
