[Resolved] West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Payment through scanning QR code is not updated in official website | |||
I paid the electric bill on 06/11/2021 at around 7:30 AM for my three connections before the due date (08/11/2021) by scanning the printed bill's QR code. The consumer Ids for the connections are: i[protected], ii[protected] & iii[protected]. But when I wanted to download the receipts against the payments from the official website, those payments were not reflected there. I'm now confused whether WBSEDCL got the amount or not, although Google Pay showed the payments were successful. How can I be assured about this payment?
