Sir, Payment for electrical bill Rs 3362 was done via Paytm using the QR code on the bill on 11th June 2021.For consumer id :[protected] Payment receipt couldn't be downloaded from the Wbsebdcl site. And not reflected in my account .Also the company is now warning for termination of the connection. We have already paid the amount .kindly look into please.
