It is really a matter of surprise that WBSEDCL (Rishra) is using poor quality ink in customer bill printing. I don't know whether it is a problem of ink or the paper which is being using for preparing the customer bill which is supposed to be kept for three months for payment. Moreover after completion of 1-2 months you cannot find anything in that bill except the white paper. Despite of that if you go for the payment, you will be asked to confirm your consumer no from the station manager. Above all misbehave after making payment, throwing balance money at you in the counter is free with harassment.
Now my question is WBSEDCL is covering Bally area also and there every customer is getting precise bill which can be kept for long time, then why Rishra WBSEDCL is continuing with the same paper and ink which is being converting in the white paper after a while. Was this information helpful? |
