Under consumer ID No[protected] undersign being applied for fresh connection at New Town, Balaka Abasan of action Area-1, Kolkata-700156 on 23.08.2014 by e payment.Till date status shows Connection Working on my visit at New Town Electric Company Ltd on 05.09.2014 came to know for New Town online system is not valid unndersign amaze to see how your system generated quotation for said address & collected e payment for same.On my subsequent email to your Regional Office since 27.08.2014 no reply on the matter being recived.UnderSign have no other alternative but to apply a fresh at New Town Electric Company Ltd.Now on the view of fact shall request you refund my quotation amount back e payment immediate.Sorry for inconvenience cause

Now application atatus show that it is withheld.
No stuffs come to our residence to check.
We had to contact local office
Give hard copies got harrassed.
Now they say that we have to get a fresh application. What about my money and time. Its been very bad service.
Below are my receipts please either given refund or give the connection immediately possible.
