I have made a payment of Rs :- 1941.00 via Google pay using scan by QR code ( Electricity bill ) to WBSEDCL ( billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank ) for the month of [ AUG'2021 to OCT'2021 ]against the customer ID :[protected] on 6 .09.2021, but WBSEDCL has not yet received the payment although the amount debited from my account. Account No :- [protected] [State Bank of India] debited with Rs :- 1941.00 on 6th September 2021. UPI Transaction ID :[protected] Kindly do the needful to refund the amount.
